Conditions:
- Only applicable to performances where Sophia performs
- Request for money back must be made by phone contact within 24 hours of the event date and time booked
- Client must answer a questionnaire regarding the request for money back
- Upon review of the questionnaire, Born to Belly Dance will refund the client
